Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in guest ranch/facilities management and hands-on maintenance.
- 15 Years of Construction Experience
- Demonstrated Maintenance & Construction Knowledge
- Equine care and training proficiency (including experience leading guest programs).
- Customer service orientation with strong guest and member communication skills.
- Flexibility to serve overnight/on-call in a rotation with staff.
- Familiarity with best practices in housekeeping/groundskeeping.
- Leadership, teamwork, and adaptability in a multifaceted nonprofit environment.
