Live-In Community Worker

Live-In Community Worker in the UK: live in a L’Arche house alongside people with learning disabilities, building relationships and supporting independence within a caring, inclusive community. Role involves immersing in daily community life, supporting people we assist and collaborating with L’Arche assistants as needed. The position offers board and lodging and a monthly allowance, with training provided; it is a non-paid role focused on developing social care understanding, empathy, and meaningful connections, across diverse backgrounds, with international applicants welcomed.
