Job Summary
Provide personal care, hygiene, and mobility support to senior clients while managing light housekeeping, meal planning, and medication reminders. Assist with shopping, exercise goals, and doctor visits, then promptly report any health changes or medical emergencies. Maintain a clean living environment and ensure clients meet fitness objectives. This live-in role requires a high school diploma, First Aid training, and strong time-management skills for full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts. Visiting Angels of Carmel offers this position across Hamilton County to help elderly clients recover at home with dignity.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent time-management skills
- Reliable transportation to client visits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with basic housekeeping and cooking tasks
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Training/knowledge in First Aid and emergency response
