Job Summary
Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance while assisting clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation. Monitor clients for condition changes, prepare nutritious meals, and perform light housekeeping duties. Manage schedules via the SwyftOps app, complete EVV, document care, and maintain current certifications and credentials. This live-in role requires residing at a client's home for scheduled shifts in Cinnaminson, NJ. Candidates must hold a valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification.
