Job Summary
Provide tailored support to vulnerable adults in their own homes, including companionship, meal preparation, medication assistance, personal care, and dementia care. Manage end-of-life care and facilitate outings for appointments and social activities while handling light domestic tasks. This role is based in Banstead or surrounding areas with a daily pay rate of £123 to £140. You will receive paid Care Certificate training and opportunities for fully funded care apprenticeships.
