Job Summary
Provide one-on-one, in-home care for clients by assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Manage daily living activities including meal preparation, shopping, and light housekeeping while ensuring a clean living environment. Monitor client conditions, communicate with the care team, and accompany clients to appointments. Deliver companionship and emotional support while following individualized care plans. Live-in assignments offer consistent schedules with sleeping accommodations during shifts. No caregiving experience required; paid training and ongoing education provided. Required Qualifications
- Willingness to live in the client's home during scheduled shifts
- Reliable transportation for client visits
- Reliable transportation to and from assignments
- Must be reliable with a strong commitment to punctuality and professionalism
- Able to lift up to 25–50 lbs and assist with physical transfers
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Candidates may be required to complete a background check as a condition of employment, consistent with Connecticut state regulations and applicable federal law
