Job Summary
Provide compassionate assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Assist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders, and organization. Transport the client to doctor's appointments, grocery shopping, and other errands as needed. Encourage and motivate the client to participate in activities and social events offered within the senior living community. Build a positive, trusting relationship while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life. Maintain clear communication with the care team and family as appropriate. Previous caregiving experience is strongly preferred, especially with ADLs and IADLs. Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and current auto insurance is required.
