Job Summary
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Prepare meals and assist with feeding, provide companionship and emotional support, and perform light housekeeping related to the client's care. Remind clients about medications if permitted by agency policy, monitor and report changes in the client's condition, and ensure a smooth handoff to the next caregiver at the end of each rotation. This rotating live-in schedule allows for approximately 2–3 consecutive days per week with consistent rotation with the same care team. The agency offers supportive care coordination and an opportunity to build a meaningful relationship with one client in a home setting.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
