Job Summary
Live In Caregiver role focused on in-home, one-on-one client care in Burlington, WI region. Responsibilities include assisting with prescribed medications, mobility and ambulation, personal care and hygiene, light housekeeping, meal planning with client input, shopping, and providing companionship. Candidates should be comfortable working a rotating schedule (7 days on, 7 days off) and must have access to a reliable vehicle; background check required. Ideal candidates have experience as a Personal Care Worker (PCW) or Home Health Aide (HHA); CNA or related training encouraged. Salary is $200–$220 per day with weekly pay; benefits include PTO, paid training, medical/vision/dental/life insurance, continued education support, mileage reimbursement, 401K, and referral bonuses. Work location: on the road servicing Burlington and surrounding areas.
Required Qualifications

- Caregiving experience preferred (PCW/HHA/CNA preferred)
