Job Summary
Provide one-on-one live-in care in private homes, supporting daily living activities and personal care for clients across Edina, Bloomington, and surrounding areas. Work 16 paid hours daily with 8 guaranteed rest hours, rotating through shifts of 1–4 consecutive days. Maintain autonomy while building lasting relationships with clients and families, adhering to strict health and safety guidelines. Requires 6–12 months of caregiving experience, knowledge of meal preparation and housekeeping, and CPR/First Aid proficiency. Earn $16–20/hour with a $400 sign-on bonus after 60 days. Must be willing to travel up to 20 miles from home.
Required Qualifications
