Live In Care, Care Assistant

Live-In Care Professional to support two female clients on a predictable 6-week rotation. Responsibilities include full personal care and toileting support, administration of daily medications (including eye drops), moving/handling with transfers, companionship, and facilitating home-cooked meals. Client A requires dementia care and Harris/Cognitive needs with a stairlift, while Client B has vascular dementia and benefits from companionship and community activities. The role offers a private live-in accommodation, food allowance, and regular respite breaks (2 hours daily for Client A, 2 hours daily for Client B). DBS enhanced disclosure is required; role emphasizes empathy, patience, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills to manage visual hallucinations and provide reassurance. Rotation details: Weeks 1-2 with Client A in Marlborough, Weeks 3-4 off-duty, Weeks 5-6 with Client B in Devizes; total schedule provides steady income and extended breaks between assignments.
