Job Summary
Live-in Care Assistant role providing companionship, personal care, meal preparation, daily routines and basic healthcare support to adults in their homes. Responsibilities include helping with daily routines, personal care, medication management, meal preparation, and housekeeping tasks, with emphasis on ensuring safety, wellbeing and independence. Requires Enhanced DBS clearance, two references, and ideally a UK/EU driving license with access to a vehicle; training is provided with 3 days of upfront instruction. Required Qualifications
- Enhanced DBS clearance
- Two satisfactory references from previous employers
- Ideally hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to own vehicle
- MUST attend 3 day Training in Great Dunmow
- MUST live locally to the area
- Experience as a live-in carer
- Good spoken and written English
- NVQ/QCF L2 or L3 highly regarded
