Job Summary
Live-in Care Assistant at Right at Home Stevenage, Bishop's Stortford & Braintree. Provide companionship, personal care, medication management, meal preparation, and household tasks to help adults stay independent, safe and comfortable in their own homes. Role involves ongoing support throughout the day, building trusted relationships, and contributing to overall wellbeing. Training is provided; career progression and a supportive team environment are highlighted, with emphasis on a warm, caring approach and equal opportunities. Required Qualifications
- Enhanced DBS clearance
- Two satisfactory references from previous employers
- Ideally hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving license and have access to own vehicle
- Must attend 3 day Training in Great Dunmow
- Must live locally to the area
- Experience as a live-in carer
- Good spoken and written English
- NVQ/QCF L2 or L3 highly regarded
