Job Summary
Provide day-to-day companionship, personal care, and assistance with activities of daily living for vulnerable clients in their own homes. Support practical tasks including shopping, mealtimes, and housework while ensuring clients live safer, supported lives. You will work a 1-week-on, 1-week-off shift pattern in Worthing with a vehicle required for geographical access. No social care experience is necessary; instead, compassion, resilience, and a willingness to learn are essential. You will receive full training, a paid induction, and your own private room with adequate daily breaks.
