Job Summary
Transport the first drop trailer with Moffett, load birds ranging from 30K to 72K, and haul the final load of birds. Operate a forklift, bind cage hooks on trailers, roll up/down dolly legs, pull the handle for the 5th wheel release, and climb in and out of the tractor. Sit for extended periods of 6-13 hours while working in cold or hot environments. A CDL is preferred. EOE, including disability/vets.
Required Qualifications
- ABILITY TO OPERATE FORKLIFT
- ABILITY TO SIT FOR EXTENDED AMOUNTS OF TIME (6-13 HRS)
- ABILITY TO WORK IN COLD/HOT ENVIRONMENTS FOR EXTENDED AMOUNTS OF TIME
- ABILITY TO BIND CAGE HOOKS ON TRAILERS
- ABILITY TO ROLL UP/DOWN DOLLY LEGS ON TRAILERS
- ABILITY TO PULL HANDLE FOR 5TH WHEEL RELEASE
- ABILITY TO CLIMB IN AND OUT OF TRACTOR
- RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSPORTING FIRST DROP TRAILER WITH MOFFETT
- RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING BIRDS (30K-72K)
- RESPONSIBLE FOR HAULING IN LAST LOAD OF BIRDS
