Job Summary
Operate on a live poultry processing line in Pocahontas, AR. Rotate through Boomer, Dumper, Back Up Kill, and related positions to hang birds on a moving shackle line, ensure birds per minute targets, and comply with Animal Welfare requirements. Perform inspections for defects, follow plant policies, and report any suspicious or abnormal situations. Cross-train on Class I positions and maintain safety, teamwork, and quality standards while standing for the full shift and handling knives and equipment as required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to stand 100% of the work day
- Gripping and repetitive use of hands
- Must be able to use a knife safely
- Must be able to operate controls
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and climb steps
- Must be comfortable working in organic conditions
- Physically inspect products for defects
