Live Experience Project Manager - Fever Originals

Job Summary
Plan and launch Fever Originals events in Canada by selecting experiences, securing venues, and coordinating construction and production needs. Own projects end-to-end from confirmation through launch and ongoing operations, driving timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Operations, Production, and Finance. Navigate ambiguity by defining priorities, creating structure, and making decisions even with incomplete information. Influence stakeholders without direct authority to move projects forward and achieve business objectives. Analyze performance by tracking KPIs, identifying inefficiencies, and optimizing processes to drive revenue growth and commercial success. Build and manage partnerships with venues, agencies, and event organizers to expand the local network. Represent Fever externally at launches and with local media. Manage P&Ls and ensure events meet or exceed targets while maintaining operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years in a project management role
- Fluency in French and English
- Strong academic background with demonstrated ability to apply analytical and structured thinking
- Experience in management consulting, project or partner management, or entrepreneurship, with a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized and efficient, able to manage large workloads, parallel workstreams and evolving priorities
- Skilled at building and leveraging networks to create smart partnerships
- Comfortable making informed decisions quickly, taking ownership, and iterating rather than waiting for perfect information
- Fast learner with a huge appetite for acquiring new skills
- Resilient under pressure and able to lead critical launch periods with composure, adaptability, and a relentless focus on execution
- Flexible and nimble, able to adapt to shifting priorities
- Solution-focused, able to identify challenges and implement actionable plans

- Collaborative and hands-on, ready to contribute across all aspects of event delivery
- Minimum of three in-office days per week
