Job Summary
Live Events Marketing Manager to lead all aspects of physical/experiential event production for Pikmin Bloom in Tokyo. Responsibilities include developing detailed live event plans, collaborating with Marketing and cross-functional teams to conceptualize experiential concepts aligned with OKRs and campaigns, leveraging AI tools for venue research, planning, risk tracking, and post-event reporting, leading contract negotiations, liaising with license holders, managing workback schedules, and overseeing production of set pieces, signage, and exclusive merchandise. Maintain relationships with agencies, vendors and partners to ensure high-quality assets on time and within budget. Create post-event data-driven analyses and recommendations. Requires proven ability to produce consumer-facing live events in tech or gaming, strong PM/organizational skills, bilingual Japanese/English, willingness to travel, and ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment; in-office 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday).
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to produce live event programs in tech or gaming space
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Japanese and English
- Hands-on experience with AI tools to improve event planning/production workflows/logistics/reporting/vendor coordination
- Willingness to travel and support international live events team structure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment and solve practical problems with limited notice
- Experience coordinating with vendors to develop high-quality physical event assets
- Experience with cross-functional teams and asynchronous communication
