Job Summary
Production Manager for corporate events and experiential projects who collaborates with the Director of Production to plan and execute technical plans, manage equipment procurement, budgets, vendor relationships, and on-site production. Responsibilities include sourcing and managing A/V vendors and staff, creating and managing production and travel schedules, coordinating with executives, producers, and creative teams to resolve technical challenges, and ensuring presenters are supported on stage. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 3+ years in technical event production, strong PM skills, and proficiency in Vectorworks/AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Adobe Design Suite, and Keynote. Frequent travel and on-site management of events are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education
- 3+ years of experience in technical event production
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong project management background
- Experience managing local union labor is a plus
- Proficiency in Vectorworks or AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Adobe Design Suite, Keynote
