Live Chat Specialist for Waterworks Aquatics handles live chat, email, and other digital inquiries to support families with scheduling, account updates, program information, and customer concerns. Responsibilities include responding to chats/emails/tickets, assisting with scheduling and cancellations, maintaining accurate records in company systems, and adhering to scripts/procedures while maintaining key performance indicators. Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, communicate professionally across channels, and type at least 55 WPM. Full-time role based in Pasadena, CA with weekend availability.
