Job Summary
Live Build Technician responsible for the production, repair and modification of MBDA UK products to meet defined build standards and specifications. Role requires a versatile skill base across tasks, proficiency with manufacturing equipment, tools and measuring instruments, and ensuring build and inspection times are met. Maintain data requirements, product certification, audits, and a safe, well-kept working environment. Communicate best practices to the team and support flexible working arrangements and site facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering / Manufacturing Apprenticeship (Advanced Level or L3 Standard)
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering / Manufacturing Level 3 academic qualification (ONC, diploma, etc.)
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering / Manufacturing Level 3 vocational qualification (NVQ)
- A team player who is able to demonstrate customer focus
- Proven planning and organisational skills
- Flexible and adaptable approach
- Security clearance BPSS
- British Citizen or Dual UK national with British citizenship
