Job Summary
Prepare mass intention lists, Order of Worship Aids, and liturgies for special events. Coordinate liturgical ministers, schedule ministry meetings, and maintain the Parish Life Calendar. Serve as a liaison between the pastor and ministries while managing administrative inquiries, filing systems, and annual event logistics. Retrieve information from records and prepare written summaries as requested. Adhere to safety protocols, confidentiality standards, and the Archdiocesan Code of Conduct. Work part-time (20 hours/week) with a schedule determined by the Pastor.
Required Qualifications
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- At least four (4) years' experience of working in an administrative role providing direct support
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver license
- Valid vehicle insurance
- Experience with computer software and Microsoft Office Applications
- Detail oriented
- Organized
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work on a team
- Good written and verbal skills
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Adherence to the Archdiocesan Code of Conduct and the Faith and Morals policy of the Catholic faith
