Job Summary
Executive Chef leads the culinary team, directing day-to-day operations of all kitchen areas including production and prep, catering, purchasing and receiving; ensures guest satisfaction by reviewing daily feedback; oversees recipe execution and education for staff; directs food production and plating during service; trains line cooks; aims to meet budgeted food cost; fosters an educational environment for staff development; 10-years of progressive culinary experience preferred, five in senior management; competitive salary and bonus program; benefits and time-off eligible after 30 days. Location in Piedmont Heights, Atlanta, GA; full-time role with growth opportunities and retention bonuses.
