Job Summary
Little Raiders P3 Assistant supports the lead teacher in the preschool classroom, implements educational activities, reads to children, teaches painting and handwork, and assists with daily schedules, routines, meals, and infant/toddler care. Responsibilities include helping children with dressing, guiding meals and rest periods, maintaining cleanliness, and attending to children’s physical needs. Competencies include communication, teamwork, adaptability, and safety, with emphasis on reliability and ability to follow policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Education and/or Experience
- Lead teacher should possess a CDA or higher. Floater should have at least six months related experience and/or training.
