Job Summary
Set packaging line to machine centerlines and confirm setup for the correct product. Drive quality by monitoring and validating that the product meets standards, conducting metal, weight, seal, and lot code checks. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues, support equipment troubleshooting to meet daily throughput, and notify maintenance if the packaging line breaks. Communicate packaging needs with the supervisor and coordinate transitions with material handlers. Work Monday through Friday from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM in a safety-focused manufacturing environment. This onsite role at Barrett Petfood in Little Falls, Minnesota, prioritizes integrity and continuous improvement while delivering quality pet food products.
Required Qualifications
