Job Summary
Process payments and inquire about guests dining experiences at the Coeur d'Alene Casino Resort Hotel restaurant outlets. Greet customers, receive funds, and count back change while verifying register balances. Prepare paperwork, keep the stand clean, and assist with dish-up duties or table cleaning as needed. Maintain stocked areas and provide directions or requested information to guests. Work in a team environment with strong cash handling and multitasking skills. This is a tipped position where all earnings are included on your paycheck.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must work well in a team environment & small confined spaces
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills required
- Strong verbal communication skills required
- Must have strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Must be able to follow detailed instructions precisely
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds of force occasionally
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds of force frequently
- Must have close vision
- Must have color vision
- Must have the ability to adjust focus
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to obtain a Coeur dAlene tribal gaming license preferred
- Six months previous cashiering and customer service experience preferred
- Strong cash handling skills preferred
