Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day shift operations at Subway under Refuel, supervising team members, assisting with scheduling, training staff, and maintaining inventory while ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and adherence to Subway brand standards. Lead the front-line team by example, perform Sandwich Artist duties as needed (food preparation, guest service, and cash handling), monitor inventory and sanitation, and handle opening/closing procedures along with documentation and guest concerns in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older to apply
- Previous retail, food service, or customer service experience
- Must be able to do basic math at the eighth-grade level
- Must be able to stand during the entire work shift
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to work in a cooler at 35 degrees for up to 30 minutes
- Must have Food Handlers and Food Safety Certification as required by Refuel
- Completes required University of Subway training and certifications
