Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day shift operations to ensure food safety, sanitation, brand standards, and guest satisfaction; supervise and coach team members, assist with scheduling and training, and manage inventory control while performing Sandwich Artist duties on the front line. This role requires leadership, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to store operations, food safety, and quality standards. Includes opening/closing responsibilities, cash handling, paperwork, and fostering a positive team environment; must complete Subway training and certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to do basic math at the eighth-grade level
- On-the-job training provided
- Must be 18 years or older to apply
- Maintains Food Handlers and Food Safety Certification as required by Refuel
- Must be able to stand during the entire work shift
- Must be able to work in a cooler at 35 degrees for up to 30 minutes
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to travel up to 10%
