Job Summary
Conduct commercial litigation and insurance defence work in a 11-lawyer firm split between these practice areas. Manage client intake via the firm's specific form and build a book of clients through early oral advocacy. Receive direct mentorship from a partner while Ranjan oversees all junior associates. Complete the 3-month probationary period to earn full benefits and access the 1500-hour bonus structure. Work flexible hybrid hours, attending 3-4 days in the downtown Toronto office.
