Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited U.S. law school
- Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
- 4+ years of Litigation and/or Transactional experience
- Knowledge of Federal and Florida law, particularly in civil procedure, employment law, and corporate law
- Strong drafting and researching skills
- Good computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Lexis Nexis
