Job Summary
Litigation Support Testifying Expert leveraging 15+ years in forensic accounting and litigation support to lead executive-level engagements from case scoping to expert testimony. Shape the practice area’s strategic direction, refine service offerings, and position the firm as a leader in forensic accounting, expert testimony, and litigation support. Develop and enforce best practices for engagement execution, evidence documentation, regulatory compliance, and adherence to legal standards. Represent the firm in strategic client matters, deliver credible expert opinions and testimony in court, provide objective analysis to legal teams, and mentor a growing team of forensic accountants and litigation consultants. Drive business development through professional engagement, relationship-building with attorneys and clients, and collaboration with cross-service teams. Lead, train, and develop staff, manage engagement scope and timelines, and contribute to thought leadership and client opportunities while maintaining a high standard of confidentiality and quality.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in litigation support or related work with 5 years in a leadership capacity
- CPA license plus one or more credentials (CFE, CFF, CVA, CBA, ASA, ABV, CDFA)
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
- Expert-level proficiency in forensic accounting, business valuation, and economic damages methodologies
- Experience leading as a lead expert witness in courtrooms, depositions, or arbitration
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and briefing
- Ability to manage complex litigation engagements, discovery processes, and data analysis
- Commitment to ethical standards and professional integrity
