Job Summary
Litigation Support Manager responsible for defining business requirements, managing evidence and case documents, developing and tracking project plans and budgets, implementing workflows to enhance efficiency, cultivating client relationships, and providing data-driven analysis and reporting to support depositions, motions, and trials. The role involves selection and coordination of litigation-support software and eDiscovery vendors, database development for case management, and ensuring timely delivery of client reports in accordance with Outside Counsel Guidelines. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook, and related litigation-support tools is required; prior experience in data storage and management of client data is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) preferred
- Paralegal Certification and/or Electronic Discovery Certification preferred
- 2-5 years of experience and/or training preferred
