Job Summary
Litigation Support Manager to develop and implement eDiscovery project plans addressing identification, collection, review, analysis, and production of evidence in administrative and litigation matters. Hybrid work arrangement at Los Angeles or Orange County offices (CA). Requires 3+ years of eDiscovery project management and 5+ years in litigation support/eDiscovery, with strong EDRM and FRCP knowledge, and expertise in Relativity (Relativity Desktop Client, assisted review workflows, and production), LiveNote/TrialDirector/CaseMap/TimeMap, and related litigation-support technologies. Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- 3+ years of eDiscovery project management experience
- 5+ years of additional experience in Litigation Support or eDiscovery role
- Demonstrated understanding of EDRM and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
- Demonstrated ability to create key reports memorializing ESI collections, filtering, culling, processing, review and productions
- Demonstrated expertise with kCura Relativity and related workflows
- Demonstrated expertise with traditional litigation support technology (LiveNote, TrialDirector, CaseMap, TimeMap)
