Job Summary
Litigation Support Analyst responsible for all aspects of eDiscovery including intake, processing, and production of electronic data; responsible for analysis, metadata extraction, and quality control across workflows, coordinating with Project Managers/Coordinators to meet timelines. Responsibilities include ingestion, deduplication, culling, indexing, keyword searching, date range filtering, processing, and encryption; convert native files to standard formats (TIF/JPG/PDF); create and QC client deliverables for Concordance, Summation, Relativity; manage batch TIFFing, OCR, Bates labeling, and password cracking as needed; generate and analyze metadata for legal review platforms; perform SQL queries and basic data extraction using Digital Reef and LAW PreDiscovery; advance through troubleshooting and self-training to support a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, mathematics or computer science
- Experience running queries in SQL
- Minimum 1+ years of related experience
- Willing to work flexible hours as needed
- Client facing experience
