Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end eDiscovery workflows including intake, staging, analysis, and reporting of electronic evidence. Process data by ingesting, deduplicating, culling, indexing, searching, filtering, and encrypting files per client specifications and TLS standards. Convert native files to industry-standard image formats and perform quality control checks on outputs. Manage metadata extraction, SQL database analysis, and data manipulation for legal review platforms using tools like Relativity and Digital Reef. Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure adherence to timelines and high-quality deliverables while maintaining strict protocol compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in information technology, mathematics or computer science
- Experience running queries in SQL
- Ideally 1+ years of related experience
- Willing to work flexible hours as needed
- Strong organization skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Maintain a sense of urgency and take ownership
- Ability to perform under tight deadlines
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and also be an individual contributor
- Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to work independently and perform self-training
- Aptitude to quickly learn and master new software, applications, tools, and processes
- Retention of instructional training and procedures
- Proactive not reactive approach to work
- Able to work at high efficiency in a fast-paced environment
- Highly proficient in Excel and MS Access
- Highly proficient in with text editors such as TextPad, WordPad, NotePad++
- Highly proficient in SQL
Desired Qualifications
- Coding and scripting experience a plus (VBS, VB, PHP, C#, JS)
- Prior eDiscovery knowledge or LAW knowledge a plus
