Job Summary
Litigation Support Advanced Analyst in the Litigation Support Division overseeing the matter management and document management systems. Responsibilities include ensuring accuracy and accessibility of data in the matter management system, performing quality assurance reviews, data entry, preparing comprehensive reports, and supporting Medicare-related reporting and communications with CMS and related contractors. The role may supervise staff analysts, assist the Medicare Compliance Manager, generate statistical data for Medicare-related cases, and respond to Giglio requests. Requires advanced analytics, data governance, and ability to produce technical and non-technical reports, with emphasis on compliance and operational efficiency within the Law Department.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in economics, finance, accounting, business or public administration, public health, human resources management, management science, operations research, organizational behavior, industrial psychology, statistics, personnel administration, labor relations, psychology, sociology, human resources development, political science, urban studies or a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school; and one year of professional experience in related areas; OR a bachelor's degree with three years of related experience; OR an associate degree with five years of related experience; OR a four-year high school diploma with seven years of related experience; OR any equivalent combination as allowed by policy.
