The Litigation Staff Attorney will support Associates, Counsel, and Partners in litigation and investigations, involving tasks such as reviewing documents on electronic platforms, preparing fact summaries, and aiding in deposition preparations. Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor degree, be admitted to the local bar, and demonstrate excellent communication and technical skills. Attention to detail and familiarity with the discovery process are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Admission to bar of local office jurisdiction
- Strong technical and computer skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Familiarity with the litigation process, specifically the discovery process and related documents
- Thorough understanding of privilege law and issues
- Strong attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with electronic document review platforms, including Relativity
- Prior experience preparing privilege logs
