Job Summary
Litigation Secretary needed in San Diego area (hybrid) to provide legal and administrative support to multiple attorneys. Responsibilities include file management and document production, extensive e-filing in administrative, state, and federal courts, drafting and proofreading correspondence, client/court/attorney interactions, knowledge of court rules and civil procedures, legal calendaring via Juralaw and electronic court rule programs, management of multiple calendars and travel arrangements, and preparation of travel/expense reimbursements. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED with associates/bachelors preferred, strong MS Office skills, timekeeping (Coyote), and experience as a litigation secretary (3+ years; transactional law or administrative hearing knowledge a plus). Required Qualifications

- 3+ years experience as litigation secretary
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Coyote timekeeping
- DMS (iManage) or similar software
- Extensive e-filing experience in administrative, state, and federal courts
- Knowledge of court rules and civil procedures in State and Federal jurisdictions
- Legal calendaring via Juralaw and other electronic court rule programs
