Job Summary
Provide legal and administrative support to multiple attorneys in the Corona office; responsibilities include file management, e-filing in state and federal courts, drafting, proofreading, and editing correspondence, client and court communication, knowledge of court rules and civil procedures, legal calendaring via Juralaw and other programs, management of multiple calendars and travel arrangements, and preparation of travel reimbursements. Requires a high school diploma or GED with 3+ years of litigation secretary experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, timekeeping (Coyote), and DMS (iManage) or similar software. Hybrid in-office/remote arrangement in Corona, CA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience as a litigation secretary
- Experience with e-filing in administrative, state, and federal courts
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Coyote timekeeping
- DMS (iManage) or similar software
- Knowledge of court rules and civil procedures in State and Federal jurisdictions
- Legal calendaring via electronic court rule programs (e.g., Juralaw)
- Management of multiple calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Preparation of travel/expense reimbursements
- Client interaction/communication with clients, courts, and attorneys
