Job Summary
Litigation Practice Support Lawyer to back four litigation subgroups by creating, organizing, and managing model documents and knowledge resources, promoting AI and technology-enabled workflows, and developing training materials. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting training for attorneys and paralegals, mentoring junior staff, maintaining archives of materials, driving AI innovation across the practice group, collecting AI use cases, piloting automated document-like solutions, and developing client alerts, articles, presentations, and other substantive content. Requires JD (professional degree) and 3+ years of law-firm litigation experience. Role is full-time, exempt, with 2–3 days in-office per week across multiple U.S. offices (excluding Boston). Benefits discussed; base salary range $186,000–$279,000 depending on qualifications and location.
Required Qualifications
- J.D. required
- 3+ years of experience in law firm litigation practice
- Strong legal drafting and analytical abilities
- Up-to-date knowledge of current legal market trends and practice area developments
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor junior attorneys and staff
- Experience with knowledge management and content development
- Willingness to work 2-3 days in-office per week
- Interest in AI technologies and legal tech tools
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs
- Experience with model documents, forms, and templates
