Job Summary
Paralegal supporting civil litigation matters with emphasis on discovery, trial preparation, and document management. Responsibilities include assisting attorneys with propounding/responding to discovery, preparing for depositions/hearings/trials, managing trial logistics and exhibits, reviewing and organizing medical records and damages, and coordinating with clients, experts, and attorneys. Requires 3+ years in civil litigation, insurance defense, or personal injury, paralegal certification, strong MS Office and Adobe Acrobat skills, and a collaborative, detail-oriented approach. Hybrid work setup offered; 37.5-hour week with competitive compensation and benefits.
Required Qualifications

- experience with litigation in the state of California
