Job Summary
Answer phone calls and maintain the case filing system to ensure document accessibility. Prepare and organize exhibits, assist with client meetings, file motions, and conduct legal research on articles. Draft legal documents including pleadings, subpoenas, and briefs under attorney guidance while coordinating with process servers. Gather client information through interviews and organize witness coordination. Requires three years of legal services experience and an ABA-approved paralegal certification. Full-time role with competitive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting
- Must have completed an ABA-approved paralegal certificate program such as an Associate's degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies
- Must have strong interpersonal skills
- Must have talent for writing and grammar
