Litigation Paralegal – Seattle, WA

Independently manage complex litigation cases from inception through trial and appeal, drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and substantive legal documents. Oversee discovery processes including document review and vendor coordination while leading trial preparation with exhibit coordination and courtroom support. Support creditors' rights activities such as bankruptcy filings, judgment collection efforts, and foreclosure support. Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and witnesses throughout the case lifecycle. The role begins with in-person work Monday through Friday for the first 30 days, followed by a hybrid schedule with office days Tuesday through Thursday.
