Job Summary
Litigation Paralegal needed in Seattle to support a law firm with in-office presence two days per week. Responsibilities include managing multiple case workflows and large projects, overseeing document databases, preparing and managing materials, handling privilege logs and protective orders, and supporting trial tools and document-review platforms. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 4+ years in a litigation-paralegal role, strong MS Office skills, and expertise with document review systems (Relativity, PACER, LexisNexis, Westlaw, CourtLink, Shepard’s); OnCue or Trial Director experience is a plus. Salary range is $85,000–$110,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in a mid-size or large law firm or corporate law department
- Experience overseeing multiple case workflows simultaneously and managing large/complex projects
- Experience with document databases, preparation and management
- Experience with privilege logs and working with protective orders
- Strong software skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Expert with document review systems (Relativity, PACER, LexisNexis, Westlaw, CourtLink, Shepard’s)
- OnCue or Trial Director experience a plus
