Litigation Paralegal (San Diego)

The Litigation Paralegal II provides advanced litigation, case management, discovery, trial, and project support for the Firm's Special District, Municipal, and Civil Litigation practices. This role independently manages significant case responsibilities, leverages AI-enabled review and eDiscovery tools, supports trial preparation, prepares and edits briefs and discovery documents, maintains case calendars, coordinates with attorneys and clients, and assists with complex discovery strategies. Proficiency with litigation support platforms (eDiscovery, AI-assisted workflows, and document review tools) and strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential. The role requires flexibility, the ability to work evenings/weekends as needed, and occasional in-office presence; travel may be required. Additionally, candidates should have experience with AI tools in legal practice, ethical and confidentiality considerations, and the ability to supervise other paralegals as requested by Firm administration.
