Utilize Word, Outlook, and SmartAdvocate case management software to handle matters in motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, labor law, nursing home neglect, and medical malpractice. Requires seven or more years of plaintiff personal injury paralegal experience with substantial trial preparation background; defense side experience is not a fit. Full-time onsite role in Port Washington, NY with $80,000 to $100,000 annual compensation and comprehensive benefits.
