Job Summary
Support attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury litigation from case intake through trial by drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents. Obtain, review, summarize, and organize medical records, accident reports, and case documentation while maintaining litigation calendars, deadlines, and case files with exceptional accuracy. Coordinate with clients, courts, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel to prepare hearing, deposition, mediation, and trial materials. Conduct legal research and assist attorneys with case strategy and preparation to ensure timely filings and compliant documentation. This full-time, on-site role in Towson, MD offers performance-based bonuses and requires at least one year of personal injury paralegal experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of personal injury paralegal experience
- Associate degree
