Job Summary
Litigation Paralegal (On-site) supported by an award-winning client to manage case files, conduct legal research, prepare documents, assist with discovery, and support trial preparation. Responsibilities include organizing and indexing case files, conducting legal research, reviewing documents for relevance, preparing responses to interrogatories and document requests, assisting with trial prep, managing electronic discovery, preparing and filing court documents, and interacting with clients and court officials. Requires 5 years of litigation experience; Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred; proficiency in legal research databases and e-discovery; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to work independently and in a team. Location: Riverview, FL, United States (on-site).
