Requires an undergraduate degree and ABA-approved paralegal certificate, plus 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm. Role emphasizes strong legal-research skills (Lexis-Nexis, Westlaw), competent handling of CA State and Federal litigation documents and court rules, and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and database tools (Summation, Concordance, Relativity). Required Qualifications
