Job Summary
Litigation Paralegal with 7+ years of experience sought to support discovery/eDiscovery, cite-checking, and drafting/ reviewing motions and pleadings. Responsibilities include document management and production, depositions, hearings/trials support, and mentoring junior paralegals. Must perform in-person work at the Charlotte, NC office; strong attention to detail, client service, and familiarity with Relativity and case-management software are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred with either a paralegal certificate or a degree in paralegal studies
- Minimum of 7+ years of demonstrated experience in the Litigation practice area, particularly with large and complex cases and/or government investigations
- Proficiency with computer technology, MS Office Suite, litigation and e-discovery platforms (e.g., Relativity), and case management software preferred
